Sharco Technology is an Internet service provider (ISP) and software development company located in San Diego County, California. The company is the exclusive marketing arm of NetChain Communications for the licensing and service of an easy and effective way to update personal or company websites using a series of control panels. This system is a server based web framework. The project was started by software developer, Lev Shamilov in 1999 to encourage rapid web development with clean, pragmatic design. The first task was to enable web site developers and graphic designers cope with customer demand for content changes to their web sites. The answer for this was a powerful control panel managing web content on any page. Because this web framework was extremely easy to extend, more control panels were created to accomplish almost any functionality require by a website. The Sharco web framework management system in addressing each new Internet development, refined and expanded the scope of the original web framework project. Mr. Shamilov has joined Eric Corzine and Sondi Arndt as Managing Partners in Sharco Technology, LLC to offer web management framework to businesses and individuals wanting to keep their websites current and in the eyes of the major search engines.
Lev Shamilov has an extensive background in electronics engineering and software development. He has been developing internet applications since its inception. Lev Shamilov has a BS degree in electronics engineering from the Polytechnic Institute in Baku (former USSR) where he studied Assembly and "C" language. After immigrating to the US, he began web developing in 1995 and worked as a designing engineer for OSICOM (FIBR). In 1997, he formed NetChain Communications, a software developing ISP. He now serves as Managing General Partner-CTO of Sharco Technology, overseeing all company R&D and technical support.
Eric Corzine was born in New York and raised in Bogota, Colombia until graduation from high school. Bi-lingual in English-Spanish, he attended college in Southern California at Cal-Poly-Pomona concentrating his studies in business management. While most of his business background has been in the restaurant management field, he served for the past five years as a loan/mortgage banker for Washington Mutual Bank and Fremont Investments. He now serves as a Managing General Partner and Sales & Marketing Director for Sharco Technology.
Sondi Arndt received her undergraduate degree in Political Science from Seattle University. After working in Guatemala City, Guatemala for the Canadian Embassy doing economic reporting for Canadian companies, Sondi decided to pursue a Masters Degree in Business Administration. She graduated from California State University-Sacramento with a MA/MBA with an emphasis in International Business Relations. She joins Sharco Technology as Managing General Partner-CFO and Design & Customer Relations Manager.
