Howard is an auto mechanic and owns his own garage. Most of his money is made finding problems with cars while they are in for an oil change. He is looking to promote his shop buy offering an online promotion for ten dollars off an oil change for the coming month. Howard is looking for more clients to build up his business. He has a website and will be using Sharco Technology content management web framework to post his discount coupon. The following are the steps Howard would take to add the discount information to his website.
- first he would log-in to the administration page of his website.
- next he would click on Content Management to show management options.
- he would select Framework Content to take him to a list of pages on his website.
- now he selects Edit next to the page where he would like to place the new discount information. Edit will open the page and show Howard the current page content. He will now be able to make additions, or any changes he wants to the text. He can change fonts, sizes, make them bold, italic, or underline, center, justify text, color text etc.
- when he is happy with the way the section looks, he clicks Update to save his work.
- he then goes to his website and reloads or refreshes the screen. Now he sees all the changes he has just made--and so will anyone coming to his website.
